The staff is really nice, the location is nice, and it cheap. But with cheap rent comes trashy people, but I guess there is no avoiding that at any cheap apartment... This place has one critical flaw, THE WALLS ARE FAR TO THIN! But if you don't mind: 1-listening to your neighbors TV, 2-listening to every time your neighbor takes a piss, 3-never playing music at a MODERATE level out of fear of angering someone, and 4-Listening to every single footstep when someone walks across the floor then this is a great place to live.
Oh yeah, they HAD a pool, but someone messed up, and now its cracked. And they can't afford to fix it. So you can at least go out and get a tan by a great big empty hole! Not to mention a non-serviced pool makes the property look trashy.
This place has a high turnover rate, and there is a reason for that.
