this place sux!! Our furnace hasn`t worked since we moved in last year!!!!!! all it needed was a 10 cent screw from any hardware ..I HAD TO PUT THE SWITCHING MOTOR ON>>.. i maintaiance guy couldn`t fit into the furnace area!! NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW you really want to hear more''' how another new resident is an insurance agent for Farmers and NOW insurance is manditory..Hey nice guy is going to have free seminars yea! even the office passed out his card in a little baggie that hangs on the doorknob...wish i could get a gal to do free work for me. etc..etc........etc.... wood be nice to have a place to park IN FROUT OF WHERE YOU LIVE..by the way they finally got rid of the dog crap...opps not really the owner had to give the dog up because of working hours .... BUT HEY...who am i just a lowley tenant! The saftey issuse...when will the replace the light in the stairwell''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' Lets not foget to ----- to the managers so....the workmen will NOT just walk in..without even giving you enought time to get to the door to answere it ...OH YEAAAA theplace is so huge it takes forever to get to the door. The dog crap and the gas bills...yes the other person it right .

Who cares if a resident is an Insurance Agent, that is NOT the reason for renters insurance. Renters Insurance has been effective since new Management took over. Maybe, you should start paying attention!
