No apartment is perfect, but this has been a good experience. Live on a top floor and an end unit. You only hear neighbors if they are exceptionally loud, good views off the east end of the property (but is being developed into a subdivision, heads up!). The management has changed at least five times in three years, with some good, some poor, some indifferent. I think the new management (Bethany) will be good for the place. Too many large dogs, though, with folks not picking up after them, and a few run-ins with some bossy neighbors over the years, but all in all an okay place to live.
