DO NOT RENT HERE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   It was good to hear that I am not the only one having problems at this complex. I have been there for three months but signed a twelve month lease! I have asked for them to finish fixing my apartment six times and counting...My heater does not work and it was only 57 degrees this morning when I got out of bed and my water heater was barely working! In addition to not having heat my electric bill was $101 for a one bedroom apartment! Horrible! I asked them to fix this last week and still nothing...very neglectful. I am going to the property manager Bethany about this issue. I also have a mouse problem but they still don't bother to come plug the hole. This really is ridiculous. Does anyone know how much it will cost to break my lease' I don't know how much more of this I can take!
