Stay away they lie From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   The worst mistake was moving here. It is dirty, they will never fix anything. Left us without a/c for three months when I have a one year old baby. The weight room is broken, pot holes, cyoettes coming down from the hills eating garbage in the street. In the winter you can fall down the stairs they never shovel the stairs and I have almost fallen while holding my son eight times. The man who lives below me already broke his arm from falling down the stairs because of the snow. The lied to me about paying for water, gas, garbage, and elec. said it was all included but they were lying. Also my favorite black mold. You can hear your neighbors and not because they are loud because the walls and floors are thin and don't have insalation between them. Will not be signing another lease ever!!!!!
