Just Say No!

I moved out of Rolling Hills in May 2008. It was the best thing that I have done. I was tired of the many changes in management (at least five different management changes), the pool not being fixed (it needed a new heater and it was too expensive for them to replace so the pool was very cold in the summer, it was sometimes closed), the hot tub was closed due to human defectation, garbage overflowing (the coyotes would come out at night and eat the garbage), the dog poop all over the complex and the broken down concrete (steps, curbs, etc.) that was a safety hazerd. If you like heat in the winter and hot water to take a bath or shower, then don't move here.
