Rolling Hills management are lying, nasty, rude people that say what you want to hear so they get what they want and then do the opposite of what they stated. They DO NOT care at all about people. This place changed management 4 times in 3 years and went into receivership. We will never get our deposit back. This place used to be nice and clean, now it is run down, dirty and the "views" they speak of will be disappearing soon with all the new roads going in. LOTS OF NOISE!!! The walls and floors have no insulation so you hear EVERYTHING! Also if you live here, expect early twenty somethings setting off fire crackers in the middle of the night/early morning (1:00am). The cops are always called out there too. If you have to move to an apt. in CR find a newer place than this. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We have lived on several properties and moved from another apartment community connected to this community about 8 months ago and it has been a nightmare. We use to have no problems but now the new managment in the office is terrible. They seem to have no idea whats going on and dont care about everything we had been threw during the change from one company to the new company. RUN! We thought the old staff was bad WRONG!
