Stay Away from Rolling Hills

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I would highly advise to avoid Rolling Hills as the Management changed almost monthly and if You were one day late for rent they started the eviction process. I am currently serving in Iraq and found Rolling Hills to not support soldiers as residents.
