...before deciding to move here. It is a cheap price but you get what you pay for. The maintenance staff is not very thorough. If you move here, please check your furnaces to make sure they are working properly. If not, call them immediately to get them to come correct the problem. I didn't know to until it was too late. I wasted three months of cold months gas bills before I found that there was a problem beyond just "old windows." No screens on windows. The lower level apartments have the problem of animals sticking their heads right in your kitchen window to sniff what you are cooking for dinner. The manager's dog is always running aroung without a leash. The management team seems genuinely nice until you need to have them fix any sort of problem, then they become patronizing and you get the feeling that they could really care less. My overall opinion would be to not move here. I will never tell others that they should even consider it.
