The word slum doesn't even begin to describe these awful apartments. I have not even lived in these apartments for more than 20 days and already the property managers have shown me the idea of privacy is a foreign concept. The staff is constantly spying on you. You can not walk out of your front door without feeling as if you are being watched. I have been "cited" by these jack booted nazis 3 times since I moved in for various "offenses". For example the speed limit in the parking lot is a very conservative 5 M.P.H. He tried to fine me $20 for going 10 M.P.H. He also cited me for having the hood of my car up to check the oil which took no more than two mins at the most. If you wish to be harassed and spyed upon this is the place for you. Also maintenance requests take forever. When I moved in the apartment smelled like an animal hospital. The sinks, tub and toilet were not clean. The garbage disposal needs to be replaced and it has been on order since I moved in. It hasn't been fixed yet and it is the source of the funk!!! My house still smells and the manager is indifferent to the smell and my complaints.
