Been Great For Me From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I've lived here for some time now and have seen managers come and go. Since the current managers have been here, I have seen things turn around only for the better. I read the other reviews and the negative ones were obviously written by people who had personal problems. It is true that many properties and managers don't care but I have only experienced OTHERWISE for the past 2 years now. Maintenance requests are taken care of and those residents who violate the rules and policies here are also addressed - which I have personally appreciated. I don't want to live somewhere where residents do whatever they feel like and usually that's exactly what happens in apartment communities. I say, if you didn't like it here - you are better off elsewhere for the rest of us!!
