Pines At The Castle Rock 28% Recommended May 11 2008: Admittedly I've only been here a few months, but they made a big fanfare about the two pools, and two jacuzzi hot tubs that I would at the very least expect them to work. But no, one pool is cold, Rolling Hills 52% Recommended May 03 2008: DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX! I have lived here for a long time and since The Bethany Group bought this complex, life has been hell. They've lost documents, rent checks, don't give proper notice of charges or apartment events, Links at Plum Creek 52% Recommended Apr 30 2008: First off, they have refused multiple times to give us a copy of our lease. Even when we went in to talk to them, sat down, and they proceeded to give us false information and deny access to our lease. They Pines At The Castle Rock 28% Recommended Apr 29 2008: My husband and I have been here for a year and there has been more management changes than we can count. They tell you one thing but do another, they lie and I am pretty sure that when they apply Echo Ridge at Metzler Ranch 30% Recommended Apr 21 2008: I am currently a resident at Echo Ridge apartments and I haven't had one single problem. The leasing agents Libby and Aaron have been awesome and are always willing to help and answer all questions. The area is very clean |
