This place does absolutely nothing for the tenants except collect the rent. All the equipment in the workout room is broken, and they don't even have a weight machine.
Snow removal is non existent. A week after the snow there are still eight inch ruts of ice, and then they decide to throw gravel over it. The stairs and sidewalks do not get done either. There are dog droppings everywhere you walk, but they do not enforce violations. There aren't any resident events or newsletters like every other complex in the area. They tell you the carpets are clean when they have not been, and charge you for them. Now the rents are being raised and they are charging for water. They will not give you
a corporate number for complaints.
