This community is a great place to live. so sorry that people only write the bad things on the page. Seems that they log on often and make comments for no reason! The staff is great, the prices are great, and the school district is awesome. Actually, I have seen a decrease in police patrol since I moved here in March of 2007. The complex is quite and there is not a noise problem. If people can't stand to hear a little thump here and there, then they need to move into a house! I would recommend The Orchards At Cherry Creek to anyone. Also, I suggest people be a little more considerate when writing a mean review when it's not all true!!

It isin't mean when it is honest. I HAVE the pictures, the injury report, and all the complaints filed with the office from when the 4 year old fell down the stairs because they were delipitated and manegment would do NOTHING about it.

the previous poster's brain is apparently dilipitated. these apartments are excellent, i've been here two months and have never rented a quieter apartment- they are beautiful apartments and are cheap considering their quality

It has to be the Manager writing this one. She found out about apartment ratings, and she and her colleagues wrote three nice reviews in December of 2007. How could you know there was a decrease in police patrol if you didn't know the statistics from before? I lived in this dive for four years, and every negative review is honest.
