The management at the Orchard is only interested in charging for any unnecessary service and aren't available when you call. It seems like the place is a organized as most slumlords are. If you like to get frustrated with your dealing with unruly people have fun and move in. their are so many other places that you could be living at then the Orchard. I live there for 8 months and had numerous problems and they would just blame on someone else or that was something that was wrong with their system. Upon moving out they proceeded to take more money from me, even though I thoughly clean the apartment from top to bottom. they insisted that it was clean enough for them to rent it out( even when i cleaned it better then when i intially moved in. For a place as big as the Orchard is they should be more organized and shouldn't have such people in their employment as they do now.
