-----, the manager, is every name in the book you could possibly call her! She's rude, doesn't care about anyone but herself, and all she does is stand outside and smoke and talk trash about people. she doesn't do her job while she's in the office, she's either smoking or out running errands for the apartments maintenance but really she is going to ---------------------------------------. she intentionally puts loud noisy families next to people that she doesn't like. and she charges everybody different rent based off if she likes them or not. she doesn't do credit or background checks. i know that for a fact. so who knows who your really living next to. the maintenance has been mentioned enough in the other reviews so i think everybody knows about that. if you lived near -----'s apartment you would know that she's ------------------ and every Saturday night she would come home rolling out of a taxi on the dog poop filled grass -----------. not to mention, you have to have a reason to go into somebody's apartment and usually give them warning..nope not her! she would just randomly walk into peoples apartments when she knew they wouldn't be home and try to bust them for having pets she didn't know about or having a dirty apartment. yep..a dirty apartment. she would actually fine people for not keeping her places clean. i lived here for almost a year and it was horrible the entire time. i had multiple things break and bust and it took months to fix. her motto was..if there toilet breaks, and they have 2, don't worry about it. my washer broke and flooded water all over my entire living room and it took ----- 2 weeks to finally come up to my apartment and clean up the water. it ruined my carpet and half my furniture. not to mention it smelt horrible and i was pregnant. not cool. so as i was inhaling mold and nasty water crap i finally made them get up to my apartment and get the wet carpet out. so the maintenance came up and put fans under my carpet and called it good. but they didn't think to take the washer out because that's what started the leaking in the first place. so not even 3 hours later the water flooded my apartment again and i called ----- back. so she came up there and had her "maintenance crew" tear out every piece of carpet in my apartment. did they replace it' nope. they left me with plywood floors and nails sticking up. and didn't say a word. thank god i moved out the next day. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! It was the biggest mistake of my life.

You people don't even know the difference of what changes have been made. I am a resident and have came to the office with the same concerns only to find out that the office staff had been changed. The new ladies that are there now have been there for a few months and they go out of there way jus t to try and help. Talk trash but about the right people. And if you have so much time to spend here talking about people that don't even work there anymore you're just like the people you are complaining about. I also talked with them about the maintenance and you have to cut the guys a break, only one does all the maintenance, another all the painting, and the other does all the cleaning. they are only human and one guy for all that work is really hard, I want to see some of you even try to deal with half the work that they have to do.
