I lived here for 16 months already. I had an 18 month lease. This is a horrible place. Many people who have dogs don't pick up after their dogs. I called the office so many times to report this, but noone ever came to clean it up. What are they doing with the $400 deposit and $20 a month for dog fees.
There is 1 trash location in the entire community of 8 buildings. It's hidden in one of the corners.
The maintainance service is the worst. I had so much problem with people entering without permission. Everytime I need something fix, I call them to set up a schedule. They always ask me if I would like to have them come in at anytime or if I want to schedule a time that I'm home. They're exact words were "Would you like to schedule an appointment or give permission to enter". The answer to that question never means anything to them. I called and complained once, the manager apologized, but 2 months later, same thing happened.
Parking is also very crowded.
** Cars are often broken into. I saw 6 cars so far around my building.
Things might look nice on the outside, but very poor construction quality.
