I have lived here about 5 months and honestly the kids are just downright loud here. They are running up and down the stairs all hours. Late at night they are playing music in the hallways. One time they sprayed shaving cream all over the entire walk way. I have reported this numerous times, but all I get is a response to call some courtesy police, but I havent seen them once. Apt is fine. It has all the basic things you need. It is a tad small for a 2 bedroom, but good none the less. Very convenient. But again the main issue is the kids. Get rid of them and this place rocks.

I agree about both the kids and courtesy police. We had to change units because the kids in our building were so loud. Likewise, I have needed the courtsey police mostly because people keep parking in our carport but I have never once seen them. I have left messages for them, and watched for them and they never showed. They are basically useless.
