I just happened to come across reviews for this place. Overall, it wasn't bad. I'm just not sure I would recommend it. Perhaps maybe. I lived there in 2005.

Good things first: The apartment we had was nice overall. The layout was nice. Everything in our apartment was in good working order. Maybe we were just lucky, but we didn't have a problem with sound from the neighbors. We didn't hear EVERY step they take, which is always a nice thing. The clubhouse area was also quite nice. Stores were close enough for convenience.

Now the bad: Parking was a bit of an issue, unless you were willing to fork over extra money for a covered spot...or even more money for a garage. There was a lot of dog poo on the grass. The trash situation was a bit inconvenient because they only had one spot to take it. So if you lived way across on the other side, you had to hike. Safety was my biggest concern. My car was broken into. After talking to the Sheriff, we found out that they receive a lot of calls from our area and especially from the Orchards, which is right next door. A couple other times, sheriffs came to our door to see if we heard any suspicious noises or arguments from nearby.

I know crime could always be worse. But it's just that I've always lived in very safe neighborhoods until I moved to Colorado. Hopefully things have gotten better.
