Pinnacle at the Creek is a very pretty place. The floor-plans, high ceilings, pre-painted apartments are wonderful-however the positive aspects stop there. If parking close to your apartment is important this is not the place-open parking is very LIMITED. There is only ONE dumpster in the whole complex, and conveniently is NOT CENTRALLY LOCATED. Maintenance is ok-maybe not the quickest; however, all requests do get done eventually. The biggest problem with the apartments in the management staff. The three full-time staff members are HORRIBLE! Adding and subtracting is a bit too much to ask for. Also, reading the correct amount on a rent check is really-really too much to do. Customer service is not something that the apartment staff is capable of. I thoroughly enjoyed being surprised with lack of care and common sense from staff members. In one instance, a staff member put me on hold- and decided that she didn't really want to deal with my problem, so she decided just to keep me on hold and never pick my call back up.
