Please consider these things before you move here...

I have lived at the Pinnacle now for 3 months (out of a year lease) and have decided this place isn't all that it looks like. I will say the staff has been great and all of our minimal maintenance needs have been met, but that is about it. First of all, the location and the way the property is situated leaves a lot to be desired. The main access to the property comes off of Parker Rd through East Fair Place. This intersection is a dangerous joke. Now I realize that this has nothing to do with the property itself, but it is something that you will have to deal with every day if you come from south of the area. The left turn arrow onto E Fair Pl is only generally long enough for two to three cars max and if somebody isn't paying attention you can miss the light twice. This happens every day of the week. It probably goes without saying, but its very near to one of the most major congested intersections: Parker and Arapahoe. So you'd better like sitting in traffic a lot at night to get here. On to the property! Obviously, the property sits basically on Parker Rd. We rented an apartment that faces Parker. Our mistake, but the rush of traffic never stops (even at night). It is a great vantage point from which to view traffice accidents, pursuits, ambulances, and the police pulling people over right outside the window. You can imagine the sirens!! Anyway, the layout of the grounds are very square and has no inspiration what so ever. Please view the satellite image on Google Maps to get the idea, or better yet take a drive thru here. The grounds honestly scare me a little bit, because there is almost non-existant lighting at night. This leaves cover of darkness for people to break into cars (Get a garage if you can afford it) .From reading other reviews, you probably gathered that there is only one trash receptical for the entire complex, so you'd better love walking there (another poorly lit area at night!!) It is a trash compactor, but once the compartment fills up, the only choice is to leave your garbage outside of it( or take it back to your apartment. NOT!.) I was just down there yesterday, and trash was everywhere. The noise factor is probably just like every apartment in the world. We apparently have a void in the interior wall and we can hear the people downstairs as well as next door. People shouting and base from stereos are the most consistent noises. I will say this has subsided recently probably because the offenders have moved out or have been evicted! Let's see, what else' The parking situation is annoying. There is really no legal area to unload cargo (re: your stuff) unless you got your carport right by your apartment,. You pretty much are forced to park in the handi-capped zones during moving day. One leasing agent actually encouraged this, as opposed to parking in somebody else's port, less you get towed. Yes it may seem like a small thing, but it was my first experience with the layout. I have witnessed many large moving trucks parking on the lawn (yeah you heard that right) just to get people in without a big hassle. If your used to this then great, but I'm sure the fine for damage to the lawn or sidewalks is not cheap either. Finally, the construction is run of the mill. The paint seems high quality, the carpet decent, and the balconies have a true concrete floor and dividers for privacy from your neighbor. The washer/dryer that was included with the lease are commercial grade quality. However, the kitchen sink does not have a sprayer hose, there is no outside storage on the deck (at least with this unit) and more importantly there is less than adequate sound insulation to block out road noise (once again our fault for getting a unit on the east side of the complex). It is not the most horrible place to live, not are these major problems by themselves. But all these little things add up to effect the overall quality of life and I believe your hard earned rent money may be better spent elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this!
