I enjoyed my Year at Pinnacle

I lived in a second floor apartment at Pinnacle at the Creek and I had a great experience. It seemed like I was moving into a brand new unit when I moved in, and I needed nothing fixed prior to my move in. I liked being able to have a garage near my unit, but I understand that many people are bothered by the lack of non-pay parking (the covered parking spots are probably enough for most people).
I really enjoyed the service of the staff, and the times I did need work done to my apartment (only twice that I can remember), it was done promptly. One of these times I couldn't shut off the water in my shower, and they came within 20 minutes of my call and paid for part of my water bill later that month for the water that I really wasn't using. The other time I asked them to fix the patio door, and that was done within a few hours of my call, even though it wasn't an emergency.
The proximity to Cherry Creek State Park is a great benefit, and it is close to good shopping, restaurants, and the movies...
My one complaint is the noise from my upstairs neighbors. The management team never seemed to take my complaints seriously, and little was done to remedy the problem. The neighbors on my floor never caused an issue with noise, and I made sure that I never did for them or for the guy below me.
Overall, a great place to live and commute to the Tech Center...
