I have been living here for 6 months now and absolutely love it. When I first moved in I had some concerns because of some of the reviews on this site. They addressed all of my concerns around these. The main reason was in the past, before I moved in, wasnt as good as now. The new manager, Ann, simply rocks, she is on top of everything as has this place running smooth. Here are the reason why I love it here.
1. Its clean - they keep the grounds well maintained
2. Amazing maintenance response - the two guys here that do the maintenance are awesome and just cool people. They have ALWAYS responded quickly to any maintenance requests Ive had.
3. Nice Staff - all the staff is great and friendly - esp. Ann
4. Nice Appartments - they are new and well maintained
5. Good atmosphere - the people that live here are nice. No ghettoness here.
6. Secure - never had an issue with breakins or stuff being stolen - I feel safe here
7. Well priced rent - very reasonable for what you get. I shopped around before I moved here so I know.
Oh, the one thing that does suck here is the dishwasher. They are the lowest lines of what the manuf makes. Which has caused issue with having clean dishes.

Overall it is great!

I have been living here for 3years and it was great untill they changed their staff completely. People do not pick up after their pets and the maintenace and office staff are fake. They do no fix aby workorders you put in. They also have a problem with people of color. There has been many incidents on racial issues in the past year. Once my lease is up i am getting out of here and never looking back. They treat their residents depending on the color of their skin and that is unacceptable. I wouldn't recomnend these apts to ayone untill their staff learn more about fair housing laws because they obviously dont have a clue.

Actually there has only been one change to the staff in the last year and a half and there has not been any racial issues between the the staff and the residents. There are many different races and cultures at the property. Infact I know a few of the staff members are married to people of color so I doubt they are racist. Residents who dont pick up after their pets get fined, I know I was one of them!!!
