The place really does suck! Dog doo every where! Winter dog crap smells awesome in the summer! The parking is really bad. I come home at 2 in the A.M. and have a hard time finding a spot. The only rule enforced here are the late fees if you pay rent late. Other than that, dog doo every where, visitors taking up parking, people turning the road and parking lot into their personal speedway, junk cars all over. No inforcemment of the rules I signed a lease saying I would obey.
The staff is not that great either. The manager is a ditz and the maintainence people are rude. No respect for people who work nights.
I have been trapped here for about three years. Rent is not affordable up here when you pay child support. For the area, these places are easy to get into and the ONLY halfway affordable rental.
Base rent is great. Then they add on water, sewage, trash, washer and dryer renta and pet rent. Then your rent is about $100 to $150 more. All of that use to be included.
