If you're moving there bring your own snow shovel. Two-foot snow/ice drifts will blow over your apartment staircase and sidewalks. Handicap ramps will be covered with snow and ice, and are impassable for days and even weeks. If the tenants themselves don t shovel the snow away it will be there until spring thaw. Someone dropped a large glass jar on the staircase. Over the next 3 months the glass blew off the stairs and across the breezeway between the apartments. When I moved out big and small chunks of this glass jar still lay spread over a 30-foot area. Oh, and watch out for dog s**t. There's plenty of it.
Where are the maintenance workers' They re in your apartment. The property manager doesn t believe her tenants are entitled to privacy. Maintenance workers will enter your apartment without notice and leave without letting you know they ve been there. If you re lucky, management will leave you a note, letting you know that, sometime in the next two weeks maintenance will be entering your apartment. If you re really luck, maintenance will hit that two-week window. They usually show up two weeks after that. If you are a casino employee, find a place in Golden or Lakewood and drive or take the bus. Don t take my word for it. Before you pay your application fee, knock on a few doors and ask the tenants. Take a really good look around.

This person i know... and SHE is never satisfied!!! The mainenance staff let everyone know about sprinklers being replaced because of a recall.. They could not tell anyone when for sure they were coming they gave everyone a 2 week window, but because it was outside people it could not be a sure day when.. This person would not let them in,, Mind you its a recall!!!! this is by far the best maintenance guy they have ever had..nice and courtous and very prompt!!!
