Gold Mountain village

This was the worst place I have ever lived. There is trash (like mattresses, dryers, rotting 55 gallon bags) everywhere, and even more dog crap. In the winter the wind blows 100 miles an hour and I had a snow drift the size of a sheep in my living room, to which the manager-lady, Delynn, said, "Maybe put a blanket in the cracks over the sliding door'" In the summer, you have to watch out for people on ATVs tearing around the parking lot drinking beer.
There are derelict cars on jack-stands, and dead cars in tenant spaces that didn't move ONCE while I was there. Also ATVs parked in spaces and dirtbikes chained to the stairwells. The entire south side of the parking lot has been taken over by kids who have stacked parking blocks, bricks, wheels, and boards for their skateboards (I guess I can't blame them since every square foot of unpaved ground is covered in dog poop).
In the year that I lived here, I had my bicycle stolen from my balcony, listened to mexican music all night, had my car windows shot out by kids with BB guns, witnessed bottle-smashing drunken parties in the lot, and the manager shrug her shoulders and say, "What do you want me to do about it'"
Had I known before moving in that the majority of the renters are section 8 housed (welfare), I would have never even taken a walkthrough. The only good thing to come out of me living here is the fact that I now know all the Central City police officers by name.
