It's OK Overall the apartments are ok....this is really the ONLY option for apartments in Gilpin County. The rent is TOO high, but better than most houses up here for rent that are over $1000 a month. If you are a single person the rent isn't that great, you'd be better off

My year in Hell. If you're moving there bring your own snow shovel. Two-foot snow/ice drifts will blow over your apartment staircase and sidewalks. Handicap ramps will be covered with snow and ice, and are impassable for days and even weeks. If the tenants themselves don t shovel the snow
