Nice! - I really don't see why this complex has such a low rating. I have lived here since Oct 2010. I haven't had a single problem! The management is great, courteous. They send out notices of anywork being done well in advance. There are no maintenance issues. I live in a very nice townhome, it is well maintained, clean and sanitary. I Just Moved In - I just moved in and everything seems to be good so far. The only thing that I did not like was in my bathroom their is a large yellow colored spot on the linolium.
