I have been here five years and am on one of the upper floors. I wished to respond to this rambler speaking earlier. First of all.. you have to pay utilities no matter where you live.. unless it is disclosed before you sign your lease that utilities are included with your rent. So this is not a complaint. Great Renovated Apartments for your money... - I moved in right when new owners took over in April of 2010. Before I moved in this would not be a place I would feel comfortable living in...
