Awful Noise

The radiators are awful. They click and click and click and click and there is nothing to be done. They wont or cant fix it and even if you report it to the city the city just says, "its an old building." Otherwise they are ok and cheap. Slightly ghetto neighborhood but pretty quiet overall. Most residents are really nice. Just forget about sleeping if you are a light sleeper.
