Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I've been a resident at this apartment complex for almost 10 years. While no place is perfect, I've had fewer problems here than anywhere else. The manager is quick to resolve issues, is friendly, and does the job WELL! Few problem residents (they're generally gone pretty quickly), a good location, and a great view of the mountains are some of the reasons I like it here.
