I lived here from Sep 04 - Aug 05. 1bdrm furnished. Furniture was deploreable but didn't matter at the time. Dreadful neighborhood, parking was a nightmare. No attempt to manage the parking situation. The construction was so outdated the heat would go out on the coldest days. They advertise air conditioning but it amounts to a window unit, in the bedroom, that barely cools the bedroom and nothing else. If you do rent from them, document everything at the begining/move in.
