Yes, I will admit that the rooms do get warm in the summer, but you stay warm during the winter because of the great insulation and personal fireplace. It is true, there is no air flow in the junior 1 bedrooms and the bathrooms could use some better storage, but no place is perfect. For for the price and the benefits it is on of the best finds in town. The apartments are situated up the mountain a bit so you have a great view of the city. It is mostly quiet and the people are pleasant. There are a good mix of lifestyles present. Children have two playgrounds in which to expel their energy. There are two pools, two hot tubs, a workout facility and a racketball court. Bear Creek Park is just down the hill and the banquet hall is available for rent. I'd recommend going for the regular one bedroom or the two bedroom units. They are situated on the ends of the buildings so you will have air flow from your bedroom to your living room. Trust me, you will want this in August.
