It it correct, you cannot have a chair in front of your apartment. One neighbor had to remove a small American flag from outside his door and a small stained glass angel from the inside of his window. We live on the third floor and they took our staircase completely out and it took them a month to replace it. We had to use the staircase on the other side of the building and I have a small child. The only thing that they had blocking where the staircase used to be was some thin plastic construction netting. No very safe at all. If they don't want stuff outside of our doors like plants, chairs to enjoy the sunset, or flags because they think it is an eyesore, what about having no staircase at all for a month. They advertise that they have hot tubs, but they do not work...EVER. The pool is so dirty that I don't want my child to swim in it. On the front side of the building there are fifteen apartments and six people have moved out in a little over a month. That should tell you something right there. We got a final warning to remove a chair by our front door and that was the first warning that we ever received. If a friend of mine told me they were going to move into these apartments I would not let them. My lease is up at the end of the month and I can't get out of here fast enough!
