Directly next to Bear Creek park, close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, and a view to die for. These apartments are very nice indeed. The landscaping is beautiful and kept very nice. The apartments are spacious and designed well. The club house as a gas fireplace, a full kitchen and the workout gym is fully accessable to everyone until late in the evening. The pools are always clean and the hot tubs are nice and hot. Water pressure is good in the shower and kitchen.
My family and I have a two beadroom. We have actually lived in everything from the Jr. apartment, one bedroom and two beadroom.
If you are a nature buf and enjoy good people, this is the place for you!

Sounds like this person works here. Don't believe them. These were the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Would never move back.
