I when I moved out I had not had any problems with the management. They had always been friendly with me.
After I moved out I received a letter and a summary of my account saying that I owed them 668.00. This is after they deducted 200 -- my deposit.
I left the apartment clean, and aside from the screen missing (which fell off on its own) and the closet door being off the track, nothing else was wrong.
Now they are threatening to send me to collections if I dont pay.
My questions is... What am I paying for'
They have failed to provide me with any itemized statement of damages.
