You can believe what you want about this place. Just go and see for yourself. Please ask to see the pool and hot tub. Physically go in the gate and feel the temp and look at the gross water. We lived there for two years while building our house. We would have moved out earlier, but didn't want move our children twice. You will get trashy people at every place. This review is not about the people, it is about the low quality of living. I rate this place poor. I have dated pictures from when our stairs were missing. Stay in the laundry room while washing your clothes, they tend to walk off......often.
