Pretty good

The office people work hard, views are great, and maintenance requests are done (you might have to ask a couple times). Most tenants are 25 to 45 and very cool. The owning company, Griffis-Blessing, seems to be a good outfit and has been making improvements to this complex.
The bad... Some younger renters (e.g. 18 - 25 y.o.) like to party and share their music. In the one bedroom models, the walls are thin and there's no escaping the noise. Back in March and beginning of April, there were about 5-7 unsupervised teenagers playing in and around in the clubhouse, and probably the ones to spill a beverage in the racquetball court in the clubhouse (it's clean now). Wow, I sound like a grumpy man.
I've rented for the past 9 years in 4 different states. Overall I think this place is great value.
