If you smoke then you will like it here. When I moved in I signed a piece of paper that says that there is no smoking inside or withing 15 feet of the building. This is not ever enforced. The girl next door moved in about a month after I did so I know she signed the same no smoking list; she smokes like a train and constantly right outside my windows. Windows stay open because there is no a/c so I put a fan in the window which sucks b/c so many people smoke outside on the stairs that my apt smells like smoke. There are cigarette butts all over the place and rarely ever cleaned up until a windy storm comes, then you may see less.

The club house is nice, a big plus is the raquetball court and the free wi-fi!! The office people are nice although I did have a guest come stay with me who had a package sent to their name with my address, they got harassed in the office with a threat to evict and fine me because their name was not on the lease. They were only visiting me for a week for a holiday. The lease you sign says that guests will not stay with you more than 2 weeks. I do not think they should have been harassed for the package being in their name and not mine for one time occurrence. It seemed so dumb b/c they were only visiting for a week. It seems if they want to micromanage something, they could at least work on enforcing the no smoking policy.

The building that I am in is mostly quiet but I do keep fans on to drown out noise. There are many younger college students that have recently returned for school, they do not seem to have no clue that other people may not appreciate their music as much as they do. They are not close to my apt, I just hear them while walking outside so I cannot complain.

The laundry is nice, the washers are high efficiency. I have not ever had trouble finding a washer or dryer. There are food places that are close along with walmart being just down the road. There is a nice doggy park across the street and deer are frequent visitors in the fall.

There is plenty of parking all the time. There are a few giant potholes that they seem to refuse to fix. One of them, they put a cone in which lasted for about a week but then disappeared.

Pets are allowed with a pricey deposit. The grounds are usually pretty nice except for the select few people who refuse to clean up after their dog. There is plenty of lighting outside and usually I feel pretty safe here. Occasionally, I have seen the police here, not sure what that is all about. There is a security company that I have seen a few times here; I do not know if they only come when they are called or just to patrol. The police station is very close to here.

You are getting what you pay for with this apt complex.
