This and the other property(Sundance Apartments)are very poorly managed. The management are extremely rude, money hungry, vindictive people. The employees are poorly represented and lack the motivation need to properly meet anyones needs. My wife and I lived there for a year and gave our 30 day notice. Less than one week later we were served with evictions papers for subleting. This was because we had some guests staying with us for 3 days and they had people watching our every move. My companys car was inpounded because the managment claims that they were parked in a fire zone, which they were not. This property is filthy and dangerous for people wishing to raise a family or anyone else for that matter. I wouldnt suggest this place to my worst enemy. In a nutshell you would be mental to rent from these people.
