Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
not a safe place to live, neighbors kids try to open your front door, no privacy,screeming kids, short of help on maintainance crew, curfew at 10.00 can"t be outside your door, neighbors were broken into and robbed.fights that involve police.
