This property is over 30 years old. They want to much money for what they have. They charge fees above the rent for allocated gas, water, and waste water.for an apt. with 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths it costs 110.00 extra a month. It's now prorated.
They rent to anyone, and then can't understand why these folks can't pay the rent. Also they have rented to several couples (Mexican) (no offence) then they have 4 to 5 "Adult"
friends move in with them, and they don't get charged any extra. This is un fair.

The units are falling apart and it takes months to get anything fixed. The maintenance people fight with each other, the head maintenance starts something and never finishes what he starts. The grounds keeper has been seen smoking an unknown substance on the grounds.

Lights are out in many stairwells for a year now. Parking is unbelievableable. People with no parking stickers, folks taking up 2 spots. folks that live there have to park on the side walks because no parking near there unit. Then you get towed because you can't find a parking spot.

Do Not live here. It's not safe. One alledged Rape. Too expensive and dark to live here.
