We had a 1 bedroom, and the price we got was great, couldn't beat it anywhere in town. But, if it's too good to be true, it is. Many, many maintanence issues. Major ones included our air conditioner breaking in the summer. In the winter the heater broke, it didn't stop heating the apartment, instead it wouldn't stop heating it! It got to over 95 degrees according to the thermostat, and it was turned all the way down! We also had fridge problems, stove issues, and none of our floors were level. There would be weird "hills" in the floor. They have stray cats all over the place. The apartment is not in a safe neighborhood! It wasn't bad last summer, but in the past year it's gotten very bad. Grafitti pops up everywhere, our apartment got broken into, and one morning we woke up to .40 caliber gun casing about 8 feet from our door. (That's why we moved). The management changed 3 times in a year, and maintanence issues took at least 3 calls before they got fixed. Even then it sometimes took a week for them to finish something simple! The parking lot is horrible, people block you in, and no one will tow them! Many days late to work because of this! Walls were paper thin! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! It's a cheap price, but for all the hassle, spend a little more and move somewhere else!!!!

Big Mistake To Have Moved here...The price was right and that was it. This is a horrible property.. The price was right, however I am living in a 3 bedroom with no screens on any window, promised this would be taken care of immediatley upon me moving in March 1st. well it's now April 8th and Im still waiting. Missing oven rack, unleveled floors, 2 windows with no locks on them, very poor paint job, lights missing from ceiling fans and the heat barely works at all. You talk to the manager, Jennifer and she assures you this will all be taking care of and then you never hear from her or the wonderful Maintenence crew. I think it's time for KKTV11 Call for action steps in because a majority of these apartments are ragedy and we all pay good money to live decent you wonder if management is on CRACK or some other heavy drugs because nothing gets fixed or repaired in this complex but yet the rent better be paid on time. I can't wait til my lease is up to move and I would never refer anyone to this complex for a place to call home. EVER!!! Somebody please help!!!

This place was horrible, around january of this year the people below us moved out and someone had kicked the faucet off of the sink and water was shooting across the kitchen. After three days of hearing the water running, i called the manager jennifer and told her. so the next day i call her and she says she told maintenance. I call the emergency number around 8 oclock that night and they send someone out and they say they have to wait until monday and shut the water off to the whole building. So a week goes by and no one has shut off the water and buy this points thousands of cockroaches are on top the 3-4 inches of water on the floor, the windows closed the heater cranked up, the people next to now vacant downstairs moves out, my thoughts on this is the roaches were making the way into theie apartment because they were startint to show up all over my apartment. finally a friend of my goes through the back door that is wide open and takes a wrench and shuts the water off. as he came out he was gagging and spitting everywhere, said he had never seen anything that disgusting in his life( i have to think this is why not even the maintenance man would step in the door. We had videos of this,hundreds of roaches, on the walls during the day not afraid of the light, falling off the ceilings. we went to the newstations, called up radio stations, tried to call and pay for our own pest control but when they showed up jennifer sent them away. Dont get me started on code enforcement this is the biggest joke ever,one day they tell jennifer she has to the end of the day to get us into another unit, the next day they are laughing in my wifes face saying pay our rent or leave. We had more than enough money, we didnt want another unit with the same problem. On top of this when we first moved in someone knocked out the pizza guy and only took the pizzas, not his money or car, just the pizza. Jennifer also came into the apartment while we were gone one day while we were moving out and stole a one gallon glass jar with about 500 cockroaches in it we were saving to show the newstations.
