I live in a two bedroom and was told the rent was $450/month, but in actuality its $545. I was told that the $95 was for trash and outside lights. My windows got replaced along with my patio doors. Nice windows nice door BUT NO SCREENS. 90 degree temperatures and no screens. I went to management and was told to talk to the installers about the screens. I thought that was her job. I still have no screens. All the siding was taken down and you can see how rotten the wood is underneath. The back of the building looks like a getto slum because someone has broken a lot of the windows back there. Some windows are boarded up. In the winter the heater is not sufficient to heat the apartment so I have to use my oven for additional heat. I have lumps in the floor. It appears that most of the rooms here are empty and in need of fixing. They are working on those rooms. Beware when it snow because the ice is not cleared off the sidewalks or walkways. Some tenants have broken their leases in order to move. If you don't believe me drive by and check it out. Move in at your own peril.
