I lived in Aspen Ridge many years ago and loved it. I moved to the Springs from Houston sight unseen and loved it. I had the most beautiful view of Pikes Peak, GOG, and the Academy. The location is great, and the floor plan fit my needs at the time. Even though this is years after the fact. I can say that the location, the price, and the view are worth it. If I ever move back to the Springs, I would look at this place. The management always worked with me, even when I had troubles with payments. Nothing like laying out by the pool in the middle of Summer and gazing at the front range. It's great. Loved every minute of it!
