These apartments have been nothing but bad. Old appliances the management won't replace, loud and destructive neighbors, incompetent management are some of the things you can look foward to here. No utilities are included and on top of the rent there is an extra bill to pay for community power, gas, and trash usage. Windows and patio doors let a lot of outside air in. If I knew how bad it would be I would have never lived here.
