(Just a head's up, this complex is now called Parc at Briargate)

This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.

It's been through three different sets or managemet in my less than two years here and NONE of them have been competent. ESPECIALLY the management co now. They may act like they care, but that's all it is, an act.

I've had my car broken into twice. They don't care enough to get a courtesy patrol OR better lighting. And it's not like they offer you the ability to rent a garage either, like some better quality apartment complexes I've lived in (strange this is the most expensive place I've lived in, too).

The last upstairs neighbor I had got evicted due to noise... and it took us complaining to them six times, to the resident twice AND calling the cops twice before management got off their butts and did anything.

Now they've replaced that resident with a family with two kids. Yeah, that's intelligent because THEY'LL definitely be quieter than the other guy.

It's 1 PM on a Sunday, today, and I'm in another room and have been vacuuming and can STILL hear the guy's bass upstairs... OVER the vacuum! I don't care what time of day it is or what day it is...IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX YOU SHOULD NOT BE THAT LOUD. The kids never stop crying. And they stomp, jump, crash, fall over all over the place up there. I seriously have NO idea what they're doing; I've never heard a family this obnoxious before in an apt complex.

I've put two noise complaints in against this faimly already, the office says the last one was the "final warning." Yeah, right. Like anyone here cares, but me. I can probably complain another ten times and still nothing will get done.

If you like peace and quiet, security, oh, and a place where the drawers don't have screws sticking out of the front of them (ghetto!) and you're not as risk of your furnace exploding...don't move here.

Do you expect CHILDREN to be still and quiet at all times? GMAB. It's apartment living, deal with it.

Lemme guess... you're a parent and you let your children do what ever they please, too. I agree that children will not and can not be quiet at all times but if you read this review, "...they stomp, jump, crash, fall over all over the place up there" is not acceptable for indoor apartment living. Parents need to be responsible and get over the "kids will be kids mentality." Kids will do whatever their parents allow.
