with the last comment. Aspen Ridge is the nicest, most affordable with the best layouts in this expensive community. The upgrades are beautiful! They are putting in garages and carports this year also. I can't wait! The office staff is great and maintenance guys are the greatest. The other apartments I visited in this area didn't even want to get up from their desk to help me! This buuilding is 20 years old and they do a fabulous job keeping it up. I have owned homes and know how hard it is! Even for the bad weather we have had the parking lot looks better than most. Keep it up and I will stay a while.
