I am very happy here at the Parc and the changes they are making! The office hrs have changed since the new management but if you knock on the door as early as 8am they will answer it. They are not arriving late and are often in the office until 7pm because I have walked by to get my mail and see them.
They have had several resident functions and maybe the new staff doesn't know your name but they always stop whatever they are doing when I walk in the office. I have some relatives that live in another apartment complex in Briargate and their parking lot was awful after the big snows. They did not even make an effort. The Parc was out every morning trying to clear as much as possible when the weather was good. There are still huge patches of ice around this town. They are not miracle workers rather humans who do the best they can every day. What happened Sunday was nothing tthat management had any control over. There was simply something stuck in the sewer line. It happens in homes all the time. If you ask me they were most probably out handing out flyers most of the day dealing with the issue and letting people know that had clean empty apartments open for their use until they could resolve the issue! I spoke to one of the maintenance people and he said they were all up until 5am on Monday taking care of the issue. As I was leaving for work at 9 they were out picking up trash! Grow up.

I have to agree, they did everything possible when this problem happened. The office always has a smile and the new apartments are gorgeous!

Are you talking about the same apartments everyone else is? The "Parc" is a joke.

They did NOT clear the parking lot of any snow. They did NOT clear the sidewalks of any snow. We were lucky if they even put any salt or sand down.

They let the construction workers basically take over the parking lot when they were remodeling. Countless times I'd come home to find ALL the resident parking spaces outside my complex taken by construction worker trucks or their sawing projects.

And, I lived in one of the apartment buildings that flooded and no one said ANYTHING to me about it... about the water seeping in my apartment from my neighbor's apartment. No flyers, no phone calls. Nothing.

BTW, Marylou1960...Why did you respond to your own comment? It doesn't make me believe anything you say any more than I would have before.

BTW Anon-Marylou is an idiot. I am moving and not fast enough. What happened to Julie and Jennifer? Probably could't hack the unethical new poor management. Get a clue new managers.

Anyone who responds positively to the new management is either management or a friend of management - clearly the needs of the renters are not being met. Having a pool party for renters is nice but I would rather sleep at night without disruption than get a free hotdog!
