Noise IS a problem at The Parc at Briargate

I've lived here for almost 5 years and this summer the noise has been worse than ever - noisy neighbors are one thing but this noise stems from the outdoor pool area. The pool use to be locked and occaisionally kids would jump the fence and be loud after the bars close on a weekend night but now the pool is not locked and it is noisy EVERY night! Making it impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. These are kids who for the most part don't even live here. As high as the rent and common utilities are here and with the total lack of caring from the management I will be moving when my lease is up and I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone!

Parc at Briargate a/k/a Aspen Ridge is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is totally unresponsive yet will be the first to smack you with any fee they can conjure up. Noise from the pool and dog crap everywhere, lights are out causing saftey issues, cars being keyed you name it this complex has it. It is a renters market folks so pass this one by.
